Construction of new residential quarters at MET Colony University Road, Karachi.
Another huge project of building works, handed over to AMC on August 12th, 2005. It covered a total area of 19000 SQ FT, containing three different buildings:

● Ground floor with one storey
● Ground floor with two storeys
AMC completed the constitution of all three buildings well in time with zero cost overrun.
