Construction of Training Institute Baldia Complex at Razzakabad, Karachi.

This construction project was assigned to AMC on November 15th, 1989. It was a turnkey project, with the nature of building construction works. The main building of the project comprises over two buildings; one with two storeys (including ground floor) and one with three storeys (including ground floor). The building included laboratories, stair hall, and workshops, covering a total area of 50,000 Sq Ft. The project was completed on March 25th, 1991. The project was completed within the given budget.
